Today, and every day, is an opportunity to appreciate the natural world and reflect on how we live alongside it.
The RiverHeath Community was designed with sustainability and green living at its core. With geothermal heating and cooling, hydroelectric power, stormwater management, energy-efficient appliances, and natural surroundings, that connection to nature is part of everyday living at Riverheath.

RiverHeath has always been committed to sustainability. The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) awarded the project a grant to help fund its geothermal exchange heating and cooling system. Green energy right from the river! The adjacent hydro-electric plant operated by Kaukauna Utilities offers the closest emission-free energy available.
Nestled along the scenic Fox River, our electricity comes from an adjacent hydropower facility operated by Kaukauna Utilities, powered by the same flowing water that defines this place.

But sustainability at RiverHeath goes beyond energy. We also support green infrastructure projects, including stormwater biofilters, which reduce runoff and protect local waterways. It’s all part of a commitment to ensuring that both nature and community continue to thrive together.
Residents feel connected to nature each time they step outside, enjoy river views from their balconies, or walk miles of trails spanning both directions. Additionally, Telulah Park is right around the bend. Only minutes from downtown, Riverheath is a sanctuary full of natural beauty, calm, and quiet.

At The Riverheath Community, residents, wildlife, and the environment coexist in harmony. We’re proud to be a community where nature and community thrive. Schedule a tour today!
